That’s why San Antonio Home Services pours our resources into our employees, offering them health benefits, 401(k)s, and clear communication through our daily huddles and weekly meetings.
We also like to have fun. For example, around once a quarter, we have a Taco Tuesday where team members gather together to eat tacos and celebrate. After all, we want to treat our employees like people, and people need to have fun every once in a while.

In terms of new hires, we’re interested in those who want a career. Often in the service industry, we see people bouncing around from position to position, looking to make maybe a dollar more than their last one. We’re not interested in people like that—we want people who want to train and grow themselves and their businesses.
